Dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied draws inspiration from the world of singer November Ultra for a new project. Nine dancers perform on stage in a bright, minimalist space, blending dance and vocals into a poetic whole.
The show, titled *Summerland*, evokes a small California town—a metaphor for a place that is both real and imaginary. It unfolds like a sensory landscape, promising a horizon where dance and music come together to create a more tender vision of the world. Benjamin Millepied expresses his love for November Ultra’s music, praising its delicacy, subtlety, and timeless beauty, and describing their songs as intimate and infinite, suspended outside of time.
