This parking lot, known as the “Basket” by locals, extends on either side of Place Honoré Steva in a V-shape, as well as before and after it, running parallel to the road on one side only. It provides fairly quick access to the western part of the village, City Hall, and Place “Ciapagne.”

If all the parking spots are taken—which may be the case—you can either drive back down and try to find a spot on the right or left before the wayside cross and the windmills near the Saint-Roch Chapel, or drive up to the cemetery parking lot, or even all the way to the upper parking lot in Ciapagne Sopra. In that case, you can choose to reach the village from above, via Piazza della Caranca, and then Piazza della Chiesa.
