Take part in the traditional Midsummer's Day procession and share a traditional Provençal meal!
A procession and a serenade at the fountains, a mass at the Notre Dame de la Queste Chapel, entertainment, sardine feasts and the lighting of the Saint John’s Fire will take place throughout the evening.
Join us for the traditional Saint John’s Day procession and a traditional Provençal meal!
The procession will set off from the square in front of the Town Hall at 6.30 pm, carrying the flame. The Provençal mass will take place at Notre Dame de la Queste at around 7.45 pm.
This Provençal evening will conclude with a sardine feast, a traditional dish of the Mediterranean regions, offered to all residents of Grimaud by the Town Hall. Don’t forget to bring your own cutlery, glasses and plates (reserved for residents of Grimaud upon presentation of proof of residence).
