"XAVIER POLYCARPE”
Friday, July 10
A French musician, singer, and songwriter, Xavier Polycarpe is best known as a founding member of the band Gush. With a style blending pop, rock, and funk influences, he has distinguished himself through his energetic stage presence and catchy compositions. He has since pursued more personal projects, establishing a sensitive and eclectic artistic identity in which emotion and groove take center stage.
“YOGAN AND THE GYPSY”
Friday, July 31
Yogan is the son of Lick Dubois, the famous composer of the score for the film “Le Gitan” starring Alain Delon. Like all Sinti Gypsies, he began playing music at a very young age and earned a first prize in violin from the conservatory. Gypsy musicians have developed a distinctive family-based playing style that combines rapid execution with improvisations punctuated by trills and appoggiaturas. Yogan now expresses his culture through his bow, always with heart and generosity.
“LU BARBALÙCOU”
Friday, August 29
A folk group that draws inspiration from the traditions of the South and the popular sounds of yesteryear. Through catchy melodies, acoustic instruments, and songs often rooted in regional culture, the group brings to life a warm and festive musical heritage. Blending authenticity with modernity, “Lu Barbalùcou” invites the audience on a convivial musical journey, where sharing, memory, and collective energy come together.
