Description
With Thélonius & Lola, Agnès Régolo stages the tender, poetic world of contemporary playwright Serge Kribus.
This fable tells the story of an extraordinary friendship between Lola, an inquisitive and determined young girl, and Thélonius, a singing, multilingual and homeless dog. The child helps the dog break into the singing world, but a new law decides to expel those who don't have a collar!
A mix of theater, song and dance, the show unfolds a comical universe where animals speak and children lead the way. Their adventures are joyously punctuated by the soundtrack of cellist Guillaume Saurel. Through this false lightness, the show tackles today's issues of difference and exile with great empathy, reminding us that the innocence of childhood can open the way to a fairer world.
