The border with Monaco is 1.5 km away and the town center 4 km (Casino, Place du marché), while La Turbie is 4.5 km (Café de La Fontaine). The 3 nearest beaches are 5 km away, and with a little research, you'll discover some nice spots. Alternatively, you can simply walk from the house (but well-shod) up to La Turbie along a path dating back to the Romans, and admire the panoramic view over Monaco.
