Description
A 22km, 700m D+ adventure on a course between land and sea, starting from the port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
Embark on a 22km, 700m D+ adventure on a course between land and sea. Departing from the port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, you'll take an almost complete tour of the peninsula before climbing up to Chapelle St Grat. From here, turn left to Plateau St Michel and its breathtaking view of Cap Ferrat, then to Col des 4 Chemins. After a fine passage along Mediterranean paths in the Vinaigrier and Mont Boron parks, you plunge down towards the Villefranche/mer roadstead to join a demanding coastal path between 2 sharp points, then after a difficult but short climb to the lower cornice, you join the other 3 routes again at Maeterlinck level to take up a second coastal path flush with the waves.
This semi-urban trail, with 50% of its route on the seafront, promises an extraordinary experience not to be missed. It's hard to resist a dip in the Mediterranean Sea once you've crossed the finish line and earned your precious Running Stone.
