Description
"Mississippi" was born under the initiative of trumpeter Luc Ramirez, well-known in the region—particularly for his vibrant tribute to Louis Armstrong.
The trio performs—with great enthusiasm—some of the finest New Orleans and jazz standards, such as "All of Me," "Love," "Misty," "Summertime," "What a Wonderful World," and "C’est si bon."
Their festive music, in which improvisation plays a key role, relies on melodic and rhythmic instruments like the guitar, banjo, and double bass. A special place is reserved for the trumpet.
