Halloween is coming up, and just like every year, Count Draculus is throwing a big party with all his friends! But here’s the thing… there’s a problem this year! The party is today… and no one has shown up yet!! It’s all because of that nasty Jack, who’s decided to ruin it by stopping everyone from coming—just to get back at the Count for not inviting him! But he didn’t count on the determination of Bart, a very good friend of the Count’s, who’s determined to foil Jack’s plan. Bart and the Count will need the kids’ help to notify all the guests in time and save the Halloween party!!
