Open to everyone, with no audition, prerequisites, or sheet music required, *Un Jour, Un Chœur* offers a participatory choral experience where everyone brings a piece of their own story. Throughout the afternoon, Bassey Ebong will share the songs that have marked her journey, shaped her, inspired her, and accompanied her since childhood. But this musical journey will also be enriched by the participants. Upon registration, everyone will be invited to answer a question: “What song tells a piece of your story?” Linked to a memory, an encounter, a person, or an emotion, this song can fuel the discussions and inspire the repertoire we’ll sing together. Some of these suggestions may even be discovered, learned, and performed collectively. More than just a singing workshop, “Un jour, un chœur” is a heartfelt gathering where stories intertwine and voices respond to one another. It’s a joyful way to share, connect, and sing together.
