Dining area opening onto a large 40 m² terrace. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 people (140x190). Shower room with WC. Laundry room (washing machine). Private adjoining land with barbecue. Ping-pong and swing available. Private parking in enclosed property. On request: cleaning fee 50 euros, bed linen rental 10 euros/bed, house/toilet rental 8 euros/person. Tourist tax extra.
