Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' beautiful Nice house located 0.9 km from the village center of Colomars. Enclosed property with secure and private parking. Free supervised municipal swimming pool located 1km from the Gîte open in July/August from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Access via an exterior staircase (3 steps) : Entrance, Kitchen open to living room including 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140x190). Dining area opening onto a large 40 m² terrace. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 people (140x190). Shower room with WC. Laundry room (washing machine). Private adjoining land with barbecue. Ping-pong and swing available. Private parking in enclosed property. On request: cleaning fee 50 euros, bed linen rental 10 euros/bed, house/toilet rental 8 euros/person. Tourist tax extra.
