From the kitchens to the training restaurants, and from the teaching classrooms to the school’s iconic spaces, come discover the professions that put our region on the map. On the agenda: a guided tour, an introduction to our programs, challenges and activities, a cooking demonstration, and a tasting of specialties from Nice’s cuisine.
