Monday, July 7:
4 p.m. – 5 p.m.: “Little Herbalists” Workshop
Discover wild herbalism and make potions and objects from medicinal and edible plants.

Tuesday, July 8:
2 p.m. – 3 p.m.: Fun family discovery of breath singing (parent-child duo)
Experience the innovative Breath Song, an art of breathing. Its practice frees the breath, creating an infinite feeling of well-being.
Open to all ages, children will be paired with their parents; babies can be carried in a sling.

Wednesday, July 9:
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: “I Am a Marshmallow” Workshop
Each parent/child duo/trio will experience marshmallow relaxation while helping each other. Bring your own comforter or stuffed animal.

Thursday, July 10:
2 p.m. – 4:30/5 p.m.: Sensory Hike and Land Art.
“Short walk with nature games based on the 5 senses and land art.”

Friday, July 11:
9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Zen and Wellness Walk
A gentle walk to reconnect with yourself and nature, awaken your senses, and recharge your batteries thanks to the magic of the place and the energy of life. A Zen and wellness hike during which you will practice an hour of yoga.
