Alziari: a family tradition of excellence
As both a producer, with over 60 hectares of estates on the Côte d’Azur, an olive oil miller with two olive oil mills, and an olive processor, Nicolas Alziari has been upholding ancestral expertise to produce and select unique varieties since 1868.
Acquired in the 1990s by the Piot family, Nicolas Alziari is now the region’s leading producer (in terms of both consolidated turnover and the number of olive trees cultivated), with work carried out all year round, mainly by hand on terraced slopes.
Despite its success, Nicolas Alziari remains a small family-run business with around twenty employees, whose priority is the quality of its products and customer satisfaction.
