La Biscuiterie d’Azur fully embodies the essence of artisanal culinary expertise. Since 2003, Clémentina Bento and Roland Litzler have been channelling their experience and their love for the Côte d’Azur into creating products of exceptional quality.
Every stage of production, from preparing the dough to packaging, is carried out with care and entirely by hand in a small, intimate workshop. Nothing is left to chance: Biscuiterie d’Azur pays constant attention to quality. Storage is also strictly controlled and never exceeds seven days, to ensure optimal freshness.
Today, this small Côte d’Azur-based bakery offers a refined selection of canistrelli, croquets, couronnes and navettes, all inspired by the sun-kissed flavours of the Mediterranean. Every bite reveals delicate notes of aniseed, almond, orange blossom, lemon and many more. These recipes are crafted with passion, with the utmost respect for regional traditions, to offer an authentic taste experience.
