Since 1921, Confiserie Florian in the Gorges du Loup has been transforming citrus fruits from the Riviera and flowers from the Grasse region into delicious treats.

Confiserie Florian upholds a tradition and artisanal expertise in fruit confectionery that is typical of the region. The confectionery welcomes visitors for guided tours of its workshop as well as gourmet tastings.

Confiserie Florian is, above all, a story spanning a century now – a story of craftsmanship, traditional and family values, all dedicated to producing products of the highest quality.

Since 1921, Confiserie Florian, based in the Port of Nice and the Gorges du Loup, has specialised in the delicate processing of fruits and flowers from the Grasse region (rose, jasmine, violet) into delicious confectionery that has been delighting the palates of gourmets for generations. At the heart of this exceptional site, the expertise of Confiserie Florian has been passed down and refined. Here, between the torrent of the Gorges du Loup and the mountains of the hinterland, the golden fruits of the Côte d’Azur are transformed into the perfect delicacies.
