An immersive experience at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco

📅 All year round
📍 Avenue Saint-Martin, Monaco

Built on the side of the rock, the Oceanographic Museum overlooks the Mediterranean with all its splendour. Whilst the little ones will love discovering the colourful fish, the affectionate turtles and the impressive sharks, young adventurers will also be captivated by the temporary exhibition ‘Mission Polaire’.

The journey invites us to uncover the secrets of the North and South Poles and discover the people who live in and explore these icy lands. The adventure culminates in a unique immersive and interactive experience: we journey with a mother polar bear and her cubs, dive beneath the sea ice to swim alongside whales… It’s just like being there!

The enchantment culminates in the dreamlike spectacle of the polar auroras. The exhibition also raises awareness of the consequences of global warming on biodiversity and humankind. Its mission is to help us understand better so that we can prepare more effectively.
