Treetop adventure courses are the ideal outdoor activity for a holiday with family or friends. Several adventure parks nestled in the heart of the Côte d’Azur’s forests await you. These courses, set amongst the trees, allow you to enjoy some physical activity whilst getting closer to nature. There’s a course to suit every ability: footbridges, zip lines, rope bridges and vines await the whole family!

Villeneuve-Loubet

Canyon Forest and Pitchoun Forest

Two adventure parks offering thrills for all ages

These two adventure parks on the Côte d’Azur are sure to give your children a 100% thrill!

At the stunning Canyon Forest site, a three-hour adventure course awaits, where you can climb through the trees, with four levels of difficulty and over 180 activities: treetop adventure, rock climbing, monkey bridges, Tarzan swings, jungle slides and a giant 331-metre zip line. This park is open to children aged 8 and over, and those at least 1.30 metres tall. Booking is essential.

The Pitchoun Forest Adventure Park, meanwhile, is designed for very young children. Its educational adventure course features 60 balance and zip-line challenges. It is open to children aged 3 to 10, who are between 1m and 1m50 tall. Booking is essential.

Castérino

Accro des Merveilles Adventure Park

In Castérino, at the gateway to the Vallée des Merveilles, the Accro des Merveilles park offers an immersive experience in the heart of a spectacular mountain landscape. Since 2012, the site has welcomed visitors to 11 secure courses featuring over 150 activities.

Rope bridges, zip lines and aerial crossings are complemented by more unexpected activities, such as cycling or snowboarding suspended amongst the trees. The courses are suitable for both young children and adults, with everyone able to choose a route suited to their ability.

The natural environment is an integral part of the experience. Set amongst woodland, alpine terrain and the great outdoors, each course offers a unique way to explore Castérino. The park is generally open from late spring to early autumn, depending on weather conditions. Please remember to book in advance.

Grasse

Riviera Nature Adventure Trail

Take in the views of the French Riviera from above

Perched high above Grasse, Riviera Nature offers a stunning setting for an aerial adventure with family or friends. From the treetop adventure courses, you can enjoy an unspoilt natural environment and sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

At Riviera Nature, a range of difficulty levels is available to suit everyone in your group:
– 1 course for the little ones aged 4 to 6.
– 2 courses for families, for children aged 7 and over.
– 4 adult courses, for those aged 12 and over.
A wide variety of challenges await you, ranging from 1.80 metres to 15 metres in height: footbridges, Tarzan swings, rope bridges, zip lines, balance beams, barrel crossings, nets… that’s around sixty different activities!

Valberg

À Valberg, l’aventure se poursuit dans les arbres avec plusieurs parcours adaptés aux enfants comme aux adultes. Trois niveaux de difficulté, accessibles dès 6 ans, permettent à chacun de progresser étape par étape et de choisir le défi correspondant à son aisance.

Passerelles suspendues, ponts de singe, poutres mobiles, échelles souples, trapèzes, cordes, filets, surf aérien et tyroliennes composent une succession d’ateliers variés. Chaque obstacle sollicite l’équilibre, la coordination et parfois un peu de courage, dans une ambiance ludique et montagnarde.

Les enfants dès 3 ans et mesurant au moins 1 mètre peuvent profiter du parcours « Ouistiti ». Aménagé spécialement pour eux, il leur offre une première expérience dans les arbres en toute sécurité. Une activité parfaite pour compléter une journée en famille à Valberg.

La Colmiane

Colmiane Forest

A high-altitude adventure on the edge of the Mercantour

At an altitude of 1,500 metres, La Colmiane invites you to breathe in a deep breath of fresh air in the heart of a unspoilt forest. During the summer season, Colmiane Forest offers several tree-top adventure courses, allowing you to experience the mountains in a different way, combining physical activity, balance challenges and the chance to take in the scenery.

Five courses have been set up to cater for everyone from beginners to more experienced adventurers. Zip lines, rope bridges, climbing nets and Tarzan swings follow one after the other through the trees. A course specially designed for young children, accessible to those 1 metre tall and above, also allows them to enjoy the experience.

Set against this mountain backdrop, the treetop adventure course offers a well-rounded experience: you can test your agility, learn to master your balance and savour the thrill of moving through the treetops. A fun family outing to include as part of a day exploring La Colmiane.

La Moulière

Tree & Adventure

Try cycling and tobogganing… suspended amongst the trees!

Situated in the Haut-Pays region of Grasse, the Arbre & Aventure park at La Moulière has a few surprises in store for those who love unusual experiences. In a natural and friendly setting, five courses of increasing difficulty allow you to navigate at heights ranging from 1 to 10 metres.

As you work your way through the activities, you can cycle through the trees, try out a skateboard or a suspended sledge and, for the more daring, launch yourself off a 10-metre jump. The ‘Super Tyro’, open to those aged 12 and over, offers a 500-metre descent that provides a real sense of freedom high above the forest.

Children aged 4 and over have their own course. They progress using safety equipment that accompanies them throughout the activities. It’s an ideal way to gently discover tree-top adventure before, a few years later, tackling the most impressive courses.

Peïra Cava

Peira Cava Adventures

A breath of fresh air on the edge of the Mercantour

Less than an hour from Nice, Peïra-Cava Aventures welcomes you to a picturesque mountain setting. Set in over two hectares of natural countryside, the park offers a chance to escape the daily grind and enjoy a sporting activity amongst the trees.

The various courses have been designed to cater for both young children and adults seeking a thrill. The ‘Bambin’ course, suitable from the age of 2, lets the little ones tackle their first low-level obstacles. The other courses combine balance challenges, obstacle crossings and zip lines in a friendly atmosphere.

After all that exertion, the experience can continue on site thanks to the unique accommodation options offered by the estate. A wonderful opportunity to turn a tree-top adventure into a proper getaway in the Moyen and Haut-Pays regions.

Saint-Cézaire

PACA Adventure

An adventure combining the forest, relaxation and thrills

Head to Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne to discover an adventure park nestled in a natural setting perfect for getting away from it all. PACA Adventure features 52 activities spread across several courses of increasing difficulty. This means everyone can progress at their own pace, build confidence and take on new challenges as the activity unfolds.

The introductory ‘Ouistiti’ courses allow children aged 3 and over, and at least 1 metre tall, to get started gently. Other green, blue, red and black routes are then available depending on the participants’ age and height. Footbridges, suspended obstacles and zip lines punctuate this adventure, which is suitable for both families and groups of friends.
